EYP SCAP extends and upgrades the Control and Automation systems of 5 Wastewater Treatment Plants for the Canal de Isabel II (“CYII”)
The CYII, the public company that manages the water supplies for the Community of Madrid and that provides service to more than 6 million people, has trusted EYP SCAP for the expansion and upgrade of 5 Wastewater Treatment Plants.
With a lead time of 12 months, the project involves a wide range of tasks among which include the improvement of electrical equipment, the upgrading and reform of control panels, programming, simulation and integration of a new SCADA system, the installation of 60" new full flat monitors in the Control Center and the configuration and commissioning of a local communications network.
With this project, EYP SCAP consolidates itself as a a leader in the Water Supply automation industry in Spain, having dealt with complex projects in desalination, remote control and telemetry systems for irrigation fields, water channels control and full automation of sewage treatment plants.
